Pleasantview Care Center Annual Service Awards Luncheon

This February, we honored our employees who have achieved their five, ten, ten, fifteen, twenty and twenty five years of service marks this year. We thank all of them and congratulate them for the exemplary care and service they provide to our residents.

 

Family and Home Visits

Family party space is available for groups of 25 or less. Please call Kris Leonard, Activities and Volunteers Director at 440-887-4236 at least one week in advance to reserve space.

Families are always welcome to dine with a loved one. For information and to make a reservation please call Karen Sentabor in the Dietary Department, ext. 4222.

Planning to take mom or dad home for a special event? Please give our nursing staff notice of your plans three days in advance of your planned event. Sometimes it is necessary to obtain a physician order and prepare medications before a resident leaves Pleasantview for a family function.

Welcome

We would love to have you to join us at Pleasantview and Legacy Place for entertainment events with our residents and families. Refreshments are served at each event.

Family visiting lounges are located throughout Pleasantview and Legacy Place where you can gather by the fireplace and enjoy a friendly conversation. 

For special occasions, including birthdays, holidays and anniversaries, you can reserve an entertainment room for parties up to 30 guests.
